We are a Christian couple who leads our lives with God at the forefront in everything we do, including our business. We don't cram our faith down anyone's throat, but someone who works with us can expect those values to be lived out. Someone who dislikes Christians would not be a good fit as a team member.

We believe that God created every human being, so we treat everyone as such. We aim to deliver an exceptional service that reflects the glory of God in all things, no matter who they are. Someone who joins our team should love people and desire to serve others passionately.

We are a collective body of souls who are working hard towards a common goal. There is no room for pride or personal gain in our company. If you're a person who looks out for number one and seeking to gain rather than to give, move on. You won’t be happy working with us.

We are loyal to those who work hard and do their job with excellence. In return, we expect loyalty to us by doing your job with excellence. This includes not whining, complaining, or having a victim’s mentality. Show initiative and leadership in your role and be content doing so.

It’s important to note that we are not in the market of training our competition, so if you plan to work with us for a year or two and then go do your own thing, simply pass on this opportunity now.

We are looking for longevity, someone who will dedicate their craft to grow with us.

We believe in treating people fairly, not for personal gain, but serving because we want to help. We also believe in being honest at all times, especially in the difficult moments when it may be hard to admit to a wrong. Do the right thing… no matter what.

Diligence is vital. Proverbs 21 says that diligence leads to abundance. Work hard, work with excellence over a long-period of time and it will pay off.

Notice we selected the word excellence not perfection. Perfection is a myth and cannot be achieved on this side of eternity. We do, however, believe in putting our whole hearts into our work and doing our very best every day.

This is the definition of integrity we live by and we don’t accept anything less.

If your soul leaves our company, take your body with it. Meaning, if you become unhappy in your job, we would like to know and have a conversation first. After that, have enough respect to not slander us or complain to others. Rather, leave graciously and go do something you're passionate about. We will cheer you on!

If you’re struggling in your role, please communicate with us. We can craft a plan to help support you whatever the issue. We can work together to arrive at a solution. The same is true is you’re struggling in your personal life. Clue us in and we can be there for you.

We all need accountability. If you're doing something you shouldn't be or make a mistake, you may get called out. Be humble enough to accept the correction, learn from it, and move forward.

Likewise, we don’t want to hire yes men. If you have a differing opinion, respectfully share it. It doesn’t mean your ideas will always get implemented, but you should feel free enough to challenge something. Great companies thrive on independent thinkers!

Without trust, there is nothing. Be someone who can be trusted. This means being reliable, dependable, transparent, and humble. Show up on time, don’t steal time or resources from your company, and keep your commitments in both word and deed.
