Does My Inspection Come With A Warranty?

Yes! Every qualifying home inspection includes a basic warranty covering essential repairs and replacements. Coverage applies to single family homes. Coverage excludes multi-family and new construction properties. Learn more.

How Much Does A Home Inspection Cost?

Fees are based on total sq footage, including all finished areas, such as basements.

Below 2,500 sq ft: $475

2,501 - 3,999 sq ft: $575

4,000 - 4,999 sq ft: $675

Above 5,000 sq ft: Custom quote

Additional fee for travel beyond 60 miles.
