Submitting a claim is easy. Hit the button below.

Ensure you have the following information handy:

  • Homeowner name

  • Property address

  • Date of inspection

  • Repair estimate

All claims are administered by our third-party insurance provider. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. If you have not received an update after that time, feel free to contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf.

You do not need to delay repairs while your claim is under review. Please proceed with the necessary repairs. If the repair is covered under your warranty, you will be reimbursed up to the coverage limit. Be sure to keep detailed records and all receipts for submission.

Please note that claims must be filed within 90 days of closing or 120 days from the inspection date—whichever occurs first. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied.
